Our definition of the software development lifecycle to achieve maximum business value.
All starts here. We identify the business needs and the perimeter around the requested project.
Stakeholders meetings.
Domain knowledge and common language definition.
Competitors analysis.
We capture client requirements and identify use cases.
Document high-level client requirements.
Define personas and high-level use cases.
Outline initial functional and non-functional requirements.
This phase is the backbone of the project implementation, where we work to define the people, tools and deliverables for a successful implementation.
Present the Agile Methodology and way of working.
Define team and roles.
Define stakeholders and engagement level.
Define milestones.
Create the product backlog.
This phase builds on the groundwork laid in the previous phases and establishes the actual deliverables in terms of Agile User stories that will result in the desired outcome. Moreover, here we define the required metrics that will ensure we deliver business value on time and on budget.
User Story definition and estimation.
A user story is the smallest unit of work in an agile framework.
Architecture and technology definition.
Finalize architecture and technology choices based on project requirements.
Quality KPIs.
Define key quality metrics (e.g., bug rate, performance benchmarks, client satisfaction) to measure throughout development and deployment phases.
We identify Risk Management Assessment as a distinct phase, based on our experience throughout the years over successful delivery of projects. A framework that tracks and assesses risks and mitigation actions is one of the main drives for a positive outcome.
Risk identification and prioritization.
Risk mitigation plan.
Contingency planning.
Even though Agile is flexible, it’s essential to have a lightweight change control process to ensure that changes are managed in a controlled and predictable way.
Definition of a change request.
Plan for changes and how they affect a Sprint.
All work identified as user stories and milestones in the previous steps is now implemented in 2 week sprints by the development team. The selected project management tool is the primary gateway for monitoring progress , along with the Agile defined meetings.
Quality KPIS defined in phase 4 are constantly monitored to ensure optimal results or decide corrective actions. In parallel, the dedicated Quality Assurance Team continuously implementes automated tests for all software deliverables. Finally and most importantly, we facilitate user-acceptance testing sessions to ensure client satisfaction and allignment.
After completion of all milestones , we proceed with the release strategy and deliver the project to the decided channels, whether local intranets or the cloud.
Establish release strategy.
Execute release plan.
Automation of deployment.
As part of the Structwise network, you will benefit from our support even after the project’s initial completion.

Our 4 pillars for positive results
Risk anticipation
We are advocates of a risk-driven model and as a result, we promote risk management to prominence, giving adequate time and resources on this point of view.
Continuous stakeholder engagement
Collaboration is at the core of our process. We engage stakeholders throughout each phase, fostering open communication to align project goals and expectations. In addition, we perform frequent demos to drive engagement and expectations.
Smart change management
Adapting to change is crucial to keeping pace with evolving business needs. We define the change management procedures early on, highlighting first of all the need for changes to come through a process, be prioritized and then executed properly without derailing the overall timeline.
Frequent releases and demos
Our regular releases and demos keep you actively engaged throughout the development process, enabling you to review progress, offer feedback, and witness your vision take shape. This iterative approach ensures continuous alignment with your requirements, resulting in a final product that truly meets your expectations.
Cost transparency and flexibility
Transparent cost structure
We provide clear, upfront costs for our services and work transparently to ensure no unexpected charges. You always know what to expect from us in terms of investment.
Cloud provider costs
We guide you through the costs associated with cloud providers, helping you make informed decisions to optimize value and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Security , Privacy and Compliance
Privacy and GDPR compliance
We prioritize data privacy and adhere strictly to GDPR and other data protection regulations. Our commitment to secure, compliant systems ensures your data is handled responsibly, safeguarding your business and client information.
Security as a culture
Security is not just another layer on the system being developed. Its a mindset that crosses every aspect of a business , including our software house. Its the way developers handle test data, the way they handle accounts and keys to client’s systems , even if these are staging or not critical systems, its the way even people browse the internet over unsafe networks. As a result, we face security as an important aspect to every action we take, whether its a project planning and analysis , implementation and most importantly, adequate systems monitoring.

At Structwise, quality is embedded into every phase of our development process, guided by a robust project management strategy and measurable KPIs. Our approach ensures we deliver reliable, high-performance software that meets your business needs. Here’s how we do it:
- Clear Requirements Definition: We begin by setting detailed project goals and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect project quality, including response times, error rates, and user satisfaction metrics. This approach ensures a shared understanding of quality standards from day one.
- Iterative Development with Regular Checkpoints: Using an Agile methodology, we break the project into sprints, allowing us to develop, test, and validate features in manageable increments. Each sprint concludes with a review against predefined KPIs—such as code quality scores and feature completion rates—to assess progress and make adjustments.
- Rigorous Testing Protocols: Throughout development, we perform continuous testing to catch issues early and often. Our testing strategy includes unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests, all measured against KPIs like bug detection rates, test pass percentages, and code coverage. This layered approach ensures both individual components and the entire system function seamlessly.
- Performance and Security Benchmarks: We measure software performance through KPIs like load time, response rate, and transaction speed, while monitoring security metrics to ensure data integrity and compliance. By setting benchmarks for each KPI, we verify that the software meets performance standards and is resilient against security threats.
- Transparent Communication and Client Feedback: At Structwise, quality is a collaborative effort. We hold regular progress meetings with clients, using sprint demos and feedback loops to confirm that development aligns with project goals. Client feedback is incorporated and tracked as a KPI to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.
- Post-Launch Quality Monitoring: After deployment, we continue monitoring quality through KPIs such as user satisfaction, error rates, and feature adoption. Our commitment to continuous improvement means that we’re always working to maintain and enhance the quality of your software.
At Structwise, aligning with your business needs is our top priority from the very start. We engage closely with stakeholders in every phase, from initial discovery to deployment, using agile methodologies to ensure your objectives drive each step. Regular demos, feedback sessions, and collaborative planning meetings help us keep the project focused on your goals, allowing flexibility to adapt as your business evolves.
A custom software solution is designed specifically for your unique business processes, challenges, and goals. While existing products may cover general needs, they often lack the flexibility to adapt to specific workflows and can come with features that don’t directly support your business. Custom software offers tailored functionality, greater scalability, and seamless integration with existing systems.
After delivery, we offer comprehensive support and maintenance options to keep your software running smoothly. Our support services include bug fixes, updates, and enhancements as needed to ensure the software remains aligned with your evolving needs. Additionally, our team is available to address any questions, provide training, and make adjustments to optimize performance. Simply put, once you enter structwise universe, you are part of us.
We work on both Time and Materials and fixed price contracts, where all financing aspects are clearly defined in the contracts to be signed. In case of Time and Materials, we invoice the amount of logged hours from the assigned persons of a project through our project management tool, on a monthly basis. The invoices are to be directed to the Greek Legal Entity of Structwise, as international invoices.
