With almost 20 years of combined experience between the founders, we can proudly say we’ve almost seen it all! From custom services in emerging technologies before the ChatGPT era to a fully-featured, entirely home-built SaaS CRM platform and a hybrid way forward.
We capitalize on extensive experience, both as a small team taking on freelancing work and as part of and leaders in multinational corporate teams handling projects with budgets in the millions.
In addition, we have taken on many roles over the years, including conducting technical interviews and making tough hiring decisions, managing projects, developing products, engaging in customer discovery and interaction, and of course, demonstrating extensive software expertise across many layers of the software ecosystem. Driven by relentless perseverance, I combine a meticulous approach that seamlessly bridges theory and application with an unwavering belief that 'we can do it.' These qualities define my commitment to achieving excellence in everything I undertake.
Starting with simple website development, I have had the privilege of working on a wide variety of projects over the years. These range from mobile applications and desktop solutions to intranet systems and the modern web. Along the way, I gained valuable experience not only in software development but also in other critical aspects of software projects, such as project management, finance, and talent acquisition through interviews.
My journey led me to roles as a tech lead and solution architect for some of the largest corporations. At the same time, through Structwise, the software house we co-founded, we embarked on an ambitious journey to create a SaaS CRM platform. Beginning in 2020, we turned this vision into reality, launching the product in 2023.
This unique experience has given us a holistic perspective on the software development process, from customer analysis to advanced product development techniques. It's this blend of diverse skills, coupled with my relentless drive to push boundaries, that sets us apart as a company and fuels our ambition to "make good stuff happen."

Starting my journey in software engineering, I have continuously expanded my knowledge to encompass software product development. My focus has evolved toward crafting software products that prioritize user interface (UI) design, where user experience (UX) takes center stage.
For me, the UX is paramount—if a user cannot intuitively find a button, the complexity behind the mechanism becomes irrelevant. I believe that a solid and comprehensive UX not only fosters happier, more productive users but also drives tangible business value.
Just like art, the process of designing and developing software products calls for a wide array of knowledge, extending beyond technical abilities. For me, software creation is a collaborative discipline that integrates multiple fields to create meaningful value and impact.
I believe that developing the desired software product requires balancing multiple factors. Striking the right harmony between quality, time, expenses, and business value is essential, as prioritizing one at the expense of the others can lead to an unbalanced outcome.
